The manufacturing of rear valances is not a straightforward process - it is finalized with manual processing, as well as, applying finishing touches. This is what stands as a testament to the care and accuracy we approach production of our tuning. What's more, the quality control that all of our components are subject to allows us to eliminate from distribution most of suboptimal elements that do not meet the standards we have set for ourselves.
The material used in the creation of our products is ABS and it was conceived primarily to be employed in the automotive industry where it serves very well in the making of factory bumpers, and other parts of vehicle coachwork - these items are required to be very durable, and elastic which is ensured by the use of ABS. The proof of the grade of this material is the TUV certificate that it has been given, and majority of the components produced out of it are certified with the TUV TAILEGUTACHTEN/ABE. The certified products are marked with a red indicator above the product code.
